The RegenCore Method
Heal the cause, not just the pain.
A precise, research-backed protocol that combines orthobiologics with advanced energy-based therapy — so your body can repair the joint, tendon or disc that’s holding you back.
Most joint pain has a source — and a non-surgical path forward.
Conventional orthopedics tends to offer two options: manage the symptom, or replace the joint. RegenCore exists for the wide middle ground in between — the patient who wants to fix the underlying problem without the risk, cost and downtime of surgery.
Every case is approached in a unique and holistic manner — safe, effective treatment based on research. We evaluate four components of joint degeneration or injury and address all of them for the best possible outcome and a successful return to pain-free activity.
The four components of joint degeneration
A lasting result means treating all four — not just the one that hurts today.
Mechanical & alignment
How the joint loads and tracks — addressed with bracing, taping and biomechanical correction.
An aging articulation
Age-related cartilage and tissue change — supported with regenerative, orthobiologic treatment.
Lifestyle
Diet, weight, overuse and lack of movement — addressed with metabolic support and recommendations.
Trauma
Acute and accumulated injury — repaired with targeted, image-guided regenerative therapy.

Learn moreCommon questions about the method
Is regenerative treatment a substitute for surgery?
For many patients with tendon, ligament and early-to-moderate joint conditions, regenerative treatment is a genuine alternative to surgery. For advanced structural damage it may not be — and we’ll tell you honestly during your evaluation.
Does it hurt, and how long is recovery?
Procedures are done in-office with local anesthetic. Most patients return to desk work the next day and ramp activity over a few weeks, depending on the joint and protocol.
How soon will I notice results?
Regenerative repair is biological, not instant. Many patients feel meaningful improvement within 6–12 weeks, with continued gains over several months.
Is this covered by insurance?
Most orthobiologic procedures are not covered by insurance. We provide transparent pricing and documentation you can submit for any applicable reimbursement.
