Hip pain, treated at the source.

Labral tears, gluteal tendinopathy, bursitis and arthritis — treated precisely, without rushing to replacement.

Before you consider a hip replacement.

Hip pain is often blamed on “arthritis” when the real driver is a worn labrum, an irritated gluteal tendon or bursa. The right treatment depends entirely on the right diagnosis.

We use in-clinic ultrasound to find the true source, then apply image-guided regenerative treatment to repair it — keeping you walking, training and sleeping comfortably.

Hip conditions we treat

Different problems need different protocols — the first step is an accurate diagnosis.

Hip osteoarthritis

Mild-to-moderate cartilage wear and joint pain.

Labral tears

Tears causing groin pain, catching and stiffness.

Gluteal tendinopathy

Lateral hip pain that worsens lying on your side.

Trochanteric bursitis

Inflammation over the outer hip.

Hip treatment questions

Can hip arthritis be treated without surgery?

For mild-to-moderate arthritis, regenerative treatment can reduce pain and improve function. For end-stage, bone-on-bone hips, replacement may be the better answer — we’ll be straight with you.

Why does my outer hip hurt when I lie down?

That pattern usually points to gluteal tendinopathy or bursitis — both respond well to targeted treatment rather than repeated cortisone.

Is the procedure painful?

Procedures are done in-office with local anesthetic and ultrasound guidance; most patients tolerate them very well.
